VEGGIE PIZZA 
4 rolls crescent rolls
16 oz. sour cream
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing

Open rolls out flat and bake on 2 cookie sheets and cool. Beat with a beater the sour cream, cream cheese and Ranch dressing. Spread mixture on top of baked rolls and add vegetables and cheese.

I use cauliflower, broccoli, carrots and celery. Any fresh vegetables will work.
