CREAMY EGGNOG 
6 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 (12 oz.) cans Pet evaporated milk
2 c whipping cream
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2-3 tbsp. rum flavoring or 1/2 c. rum
Ground nutmeg or cinnamon

In large mixing bowl beat together eggs, sugar and salt. Add evaporated milk, cream, vanilla and rum; mix well until blended. Chill. Pour into punch bowl. Sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon. Makes 2 quarts.
