WALNUT VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
3 pkgs. frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and carrot mixture)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk

TOPPING:

1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mixture
1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts

Mix vegetable, soup and milk together. Pour into a 9x13 baking dish. Follow recipe on stuffing mix and put on top of vegetables. Sprinkle generously with chopped walnuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until stuffing is lightly browned and vegetables are tender.
