CAULIFLOWER WALNUT CASSEROLE | |
1 med. head cauliflower (2 lbs.), broken into flowerettes 1 c. sour cream 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1 tbsp. flour 2 tsp. chicken season stalk base (bouillon cube) 1 tsp. dried mustard 1/3 c. coarsely chopped walnuts 1/4 c. fine dried bread crumbs 1 tbsp. butter, melted 1/2 tsp. onion salt Simmer cauliflower in salted water about 15 minutes; drain. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix sour cream, cheese, flour, stalk base, and mustard. Place cauliflower in baking dish. Spoon above over it. Mix walnuts, bread crumbs, butter and onion salt and sprinkle over above. Bake till hot and bubbly for 15 to 20 minutes. |
