CAULIFLOWER WALNUT CASSEROLE 
1 med. cauliflower, broken in flowers
1 1/4 c. sour cream
1 c. grated med. cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. chicken stock base
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram
1/4 tsp. onion salt

Cook cauliflower in 1 inch of salted water until done, but still firm. Drain and place in baking dish. Combine sour cream, cheese, flour, stock base and mustard and spoon over cauliflower. Mix walnuts, bread crumbs, butter, salt, and marjoram. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
