CHICKEN-BROCCOLI-WALNUT
CASSEROLE
 
4 chicken breasts
2 bunches broccoli
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 env. or 2 cubes chicken bouillon
2/3 c. water
6 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. milk
2/3 pkg. stuffing mix

Cook chicken breasts until tender. When cool, break into pieces and place in bottom of greased casserole dish. Cook broccoli, cut up. Mix in dish with chicken. Melt 1/2 cup butter, blend in flour, gradually add milk. Cook until thick and smooth and pour over broccoli. Heat 2/3 cup water with 6 tablespoons butter. Pour over stuffing mix and mix well. Add walnuts, mix. Put over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
