WALNUT BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
20 oz. pkg. of frozen broccoli
1/2 c. butter
4 chicken bouillon cubes
4 tbsp. flour
2/3 c. water
2/3 c. bag Pepperidge farm stuffing
2 c. milk
2/3 c. walnuts

Put thawed broccoli into casserole dish. In saucepan melt 1/2 cup butter, 4 chicken bouillon cubes, 4 tablespoons flour. Make smooth paste then add 2 cups of milk, heat and stir until thick. Pour over broccoli.

Then heat 6 tablespoon butter, add 2/3 cup of water and mix 2/3 bag of Pepperidge farms stuffing and mix. Toss in 2/3 cups of walnut (optional). Top broccoli with stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
