CHICKEN WALNUT CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked chicken, cut in pieces
1 c. sliced celery
1 tsp. dry onion flakes
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup or broth
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. crushed potato chips

Mix together all ingredients place except potato chips. Pour into casserole and top with chips. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or microwave for 7-8 minutes then let stand 5 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
