1 pkg. gelatin
1/2 c. cold milk
3/4 c. scalded milk
2 cans mandarin orange slices
1 bag marshmallows
1 c. whipping cream

Night before combine marshmallows, fruit and juice (only juice from 1 can drain other can). Allow to soak overnight.

Next morning soften gelatin in 1/2 cup cold milk. Dissolve in scalded milk. Add to marshmallow mixture. Cool then add whipped cream and fold together. Refrigerate until sets up. It wouldn't be holidays without this at the Rhones.
