RICE AND SALMON BAKE | |
2 c. flaked cooked salmon or 1 can 1 lb. skinned, drained & flaked 1 sm. green pepper, cut in strips 1/4" wide & 1" long 3 sm. stalks celery, sliced 1 onion, chopped 3 tomatoes, peeled & chopped 3/4 c. uncooked rice 1 can mushroom soup 1 soup can water 1 tbsp. soy sauce Combine salmon with green pepper, celery, onion, tomatoes, rice, mushroom soup, water and soy sauce. Mix well then turn into slightly greased 2 quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
