MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
12 tortillas
1 c. chopped onions
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cans Ranch style beans
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, sliced
1 can tomato and green chiles

Brown ground beef, onion, garlic salt, and chili powder in skillet. Mix together soup and tomatoes and green chiles in a small bowl. Grease baking dish. Layer 6 tortillas, meat, beans, then 6 tortillas, cheese and pour soup mixture over all. Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes, covered, until last 10 minutes. Serves 6 to 8. Freezes well.
