RED CABBAGE 'N APPLES 
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. ReaLemon lemon juice
1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. shredded red cabbage
2 med. all-purpose apples, cored & coarsely chopped

In large saucepan, melt butter; stir in lemon juice, sugar, water, caraway and salt. Add cabbage and apples; bring to a boil, reduce heat; cover and simmer 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
