1 baked hen
1 jar sweet garden salad
1/2 doz. boiled eggs
1 pkg. celery

Bake hen and remove from bone. Blend garden salad and celery; let drain in a cloth. Grind chicken and eggs in a bowl; add garden salad and celery. Add salt and pepper and mayonnaise to taste.
