MEXICAN BEAN DIP 
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. coriander
2 tbsp. green taco sauce
Corn chips

Combine all ingredients except chips in a glass dish. Heat in microwave for 5 minutes, stirring 3 times. Serve with corn chips.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
