MEXICAN BEAN SALAD 
4 c. cooked pinto beans (drained)
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin powder
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. grated cheese
Mayonnaise
Chopped lettuce
Corn chips
Cut up tomatoes
Picante sauce
Sour cream (optional)

Mix all ingredients together except lettuce, corn chips, tomato and picante sauce.

Serve mixed ingredients over lettuce, corn chips and tomato. Use picante to taste.
