CHICKEN WINE SUPREME 
6 chicken breasts (boned and halved, skin and salt - beat with hammer until flat)
6 slices Swiss cheese
Flour
Paprika
Vegetable oil
1/2 c. melted butter
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. sage
6 slices Polish ham, cut in half
Egg
Bread crumbs
1/2 c. white wine

Place chicken, then ham, then cheese, roll up, tie with string. Flour, then put chicken in a mixture of egg, milk and paprika. Roll in bread crumbs. Deep fry in hot oil until golden. Put chicken in baking pan.

Mix butter, wine, garlic, salt and sage. Pour wine sauce over each chicken roll. Cover, bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Baste 2 times while baking.
