BANANA PINEAPPLE CAKE 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. diced bananas
18 oz. can crushed pineapple and juice

Measure dry ingredients into sifter and mix in large mixing bowl. Make a well in center and break eggs into it. Add oil, vanilla, banana and pineapple with juice. Stir until well blended and pour into greased tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Allow cake to cool for 15 minutes.
