BANANA-PINEAPPLE CAKE 
3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
3 slightly beaten eggs
2 c. mashed ripe bananas
1 c. oil
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

In a mixing bowl thoroughly stir together the flour, sugar, baking soda, and one teaspoon salt. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients. Combine eggs, banana, oil, undrained pineapple, and vanilla; add all at once to dry ingredients stirring until well moistened. Pour batter into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 65 to 70 minutes. Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
