2 c. mashed bananas
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, with juice
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt

Mix all together. Bake in 10" tube pan or bundt pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until cake tester inserted in cake comes out dry. This is a moist cake.
