MELTING MOMENTS 
1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. sifted cornstarch
1/3 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 c. flour

FOR FROSTING:

3 oz. soft cream cheese
1 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Food coloring

COOKIES: Cream butter, add cornstarch, sugar and flour. Mix well. Dough is extremely sticky. Chill an hour or so. Form into 1 inch balls. Place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10 to 12 minutes and 350 degrees. Makes 3 1/2 dozen.

Cool cookies. Frost with cream cheese frosting. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla together. Add food coloring.
