MELTING MOMENTS COOKIES 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. cornstarch
3/4 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour, cornstarch and powdered sugar together. Put butter and vanilla in flour mixture and mix until well blended. Put in refrigerator for 1 hour.

Take out of refrigerator, make 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet that has been greased. Mash the balls one time with a fork. Bake in preheated oven 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Cookies will be light in color. They won't be brown.
