BEEF BARLEY SKILLET 
3/4 c. ground beef
1/2 c. onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped celery
Pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. chili sauce
1 can (16 oz.) unsalted tomatoes, broken up
1 1/2 c. water
3/4 c. uncooked barley

Saute in nonstick fry pan meat, onions, green peppers and celery. Drain off excess fat; stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer; cover and cook about 1 hour (35 minutes for quick barley).
