PATE CHINOIS CANADIAN 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground veal
1/2 lb. ground pork
2 sm. onion, chopped
1 can cream of corn
1 can whole kernel corn
5 lg. potatoes, peeled
Salt and pepper
Milk

Cook beef, veal, pork all together and drain. Put aside add salt and pepper. Boiled potatoes and mash. Add butter and milk. In a pan 9 x 2 inches put meat in bottom. Add corn.

Top it with mash potatoes. Top with butter. Put in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand for 20 minutes and serve. 6 servings.
