SPINACH DIP | |
2 boxes chopped spinach (squeeze out liquid) 4 bunches of green onion (chopped as desired) 1 can of water chestnuts (chopped) 8 oz. sour cream 8 oz. mayonnaise 1 pkg. Knorrs Vegetable mix 1 round Loaf of Bread (Hawaiian Sweet Bread) Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and vegetable mix together. Stir in chestnuts, onions and spinach. Chill at least 2 hours. Better if overnight. When ready to serve, carve out center of bread. (Reserve Pieces) Insert bowl into bread to keep bread from getting wet so that left over dip may be saved. Pour mixture into bowl in center of bread, use bread pieces as you would crackers. |
