CRUNCHY VEGGIE DIP | |
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach (thawed) 1 c. sour cream 1 c. mayonnaise 1 pkg. Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix 8 oz. can water chestnuts, chopped 3 or 4 green onions, chopped (tops too) Allow spinach to thaw (or cook briefly) and squeeze to remove moisture. In a bowl, stir together spinach and remaining ingredients and mix well. Put in a container, cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight. Yield: 3 cups. |
