1 1/2 c. warm water
1 env. yeast
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
Coarse salt

Mix together water, yeast, and sugar. Set aside for 5 minutes. Put salt and flour in a bowl. Add yeast mixture and flour mixture together to form dough. shape into creative twist. Beat 1 egg and brush onto twist; sprinkle with coarse salt. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 minutes.
