RAINBOW PRETZELS 
1/2 lb. white chocolate
2 tbsp. white corn syrup
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. water
Food coloring
Miniature pretzel twists

In 1-quart casserole, place chocolate, syrup, butter and water. Cover. Microwave at medium 3 to 4 minutes until melted. Stir well. Prepare up to 2 colors of Rainbow Pretzels. Tint with food coloring. Dip miniature size pretzels into mixture. Place on cooling rack over wax paper to dry.

If mixture becomes firm, microwave at medium 1 minute, stirring smooth, add few drops of water, if necessary. 50 pretzels.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
