SPANISH RICE 
2 c. white rice
2 tbsp. oil
1 onion, minced
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 garlic cloves
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. beef bouillon (granulated)
3 c. water

In 4 quart pan, lightly brown rice in oil. Add 3 cups water and the tomato sauce and bring to a boil. Stir in bell pepper, garlic, onion, bouillon and simmer covered until done, about 12 to 15 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
