SPINACH AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. milk
Dash of soy sauce
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 c. shredded Farmer's cheese
2 1/2 c. cooked brown rice
1 egg
1/2 tsp. thyme, rosemary, sage (any two)

Cook spinach. Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish and bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
