RICE AND SPINACH CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. spinach (10 oz. frozen)
1/3 c. milk
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 eggs, hard boiled, sliced
3/4 c. grated sharp cheese
1 can French fried onion rings (3 oz.)

Mix soup, rice, garlic powder and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until tender. Remove from heat. Spread spinach in large baking dish. Pour soup mixture over spinach. Top with onion rings, egg slices and cheese. Bake until cheese is melted and golden brown.
