1 can English peas
2 boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 c. chopped pickles
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1/4 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. grated celery
1/4 c. grated carrots
Mayonnaise

Mix all together and just before serving add mayonnaise (just enough to blend the ingredients to preferred consistency).
