ENGLISH PEA SALAD 
1 can peas, washed and drained
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. olives, chopped
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. mustard
1/4 c. mayonnaise
4 boiled eggs, chopped
1 sm. green pepper, chopped

Combine all ingredients. Let stand in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
