1 can young tender peas, drained
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped or sliced
1 med. onion, minced
1 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise or to your taste

Mix all together. Let stand at least 1 hour in refrigerator to let flavor mingle. Can also use kidney beans.
