1 c. honey
3 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
Dash of nutmeg
1 (9") unbaked pie shell

In a saucepan, bring honey to a boil. Quickly beat eggs into honey. Add butter, vanilla, pecans and nutmeg. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until filling is set. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
