OVEN-BAKED POTATOES 
6 medium potatoes (unpeeled)
6 medium onions
2/3 c. melted butter
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. paprika

Wash and cut potatoes in 1/2-inch slices. Alternate sliced potatoes and onions in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Drizzle butter. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, pepper and celery seed. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 400°F for 40 minutes. Remove foil; sprinkle with paprika and bake an additional 20 minutes, uncovered.
