CHOCOLATE ECLAIR CAKE 
2 sm. pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk, mix & let set 15 minutes
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 box graham crackers

Grease bottom of 13 x 9 1/2 inch pan. Line bottom with whole graham crackers. Mix Cool Whip and pudding mixture together. Pour 1/2 of mixture over graham crackers. Add another layer of graham crackers whole and the other 1/2 of pudding mixture. Add another layer of graham crackers.

ICING:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. white Karo syrup
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 oz. melted unsweetened chocolate sqs.
3 tbsp. milk

Mix all and spread over graham crackers. Refrigerate overnight.
