ITALIAN MEAT LOAF 
6 oz. sliced Mozzarella, divided
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck, round or venison
2 eggs
1 c. from a large jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
1 c. bread crumbs or crushed crackers
1/2 c. onin, chopped
parsley

Mix together and divide mixture into thirds. Pat 1/3 into a greased loaf pan. Top with 1/2 of sliced Mozzarella. Pat 2nd third of meat mixture on top and then another layer of Mozzarella. Add last third of meat mixture on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour 20 minutes.

Heat remaining Ragu and pour over meat loaf or serve in a separate dish. A favorite recipe for venison.
