SKILLETBURGER ITALIANO | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. chopped onion 1` (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup 1 1/2 c. water 1 1/2 c. Minute rice, uncooked 1 med. clove garlic, minced 1 tsp. oregano leaves, crushed 1 tsp. salt 3 med. slice zucchini Grated Parmesan cheese In skillet, brown beef and cook onion until tender. Pour off fat. Add remaining ingredients except cheese. Bring to boil; cover and reduce heat. Simmer 10 minutes or until rice is done. Stir often. Serve with Parmesan. Makes about 6 cups. |
