SAUSAGE CAKE 
1 lb. bulk sausage
2 c. brown sugar
3 c. flour
1 box raisins, cooked
1 c. raisins water
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 heaping tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped walnuts

Mix sugar and sausage. Cook raisins until tender and add raisins, then 1 cup of hot raisin water into which the soda has been added. Sift dry ingredients together and add. Add walnuts and bake 1 hour in a 10 inch tube pan at 350 degrees. Ice with caramel icing if desired.
