GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
3 cans green beans, drained
1 can bean sprouts, or 1 pkg. fresh
1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can chopped mushrooms

Mix all ingredients together. Place in large oblong dish. Top with crushed bread crumbs and dot with butter. Bake about 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 1 large casserole.
