TRIPLE FUDGE CAKE 
1 (4 oz.) pkg. chocolate pudding
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large saucepan, cook chocolate pudding as directed on package. Blend dry cake mix thoroughly into hot pudding by hand or electric mixer or 1-2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured oblong 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle top of batter with chocolate pieces and nuts. Bake 30-35 minutes. Serve warm or cold with whipped cream, if desired.
