1 (4 oz.) pkg. chocolate pudding
1 pkg. devil's food cake mix
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9x13x2 inch pan. In large saucepan, cook chocolate pudding as directed on package. Blend dry cake mix into hot pudding, beating by hand or mixer, 1 to 2 minutes. Pour into pan. Sprinkle with chocolate pieces and nuts. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until done. Serve warm or cool with Cool Whip.
