HOLIDAY FRUIT AND NUT CAKE 
2 c. pitted dates, whole
2 c. raisins, whole
2 c. pecan or walnut halves
1 c. dried apricots, whole
1 c. dried pineapple tidbits
1 c. dried red and green maraschino cherries, whole
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. honey
4 eggs
4 tsp. rum flavor

Heat oven to 300 degrees. Grease (4) one pound loaf pans with oil or butter. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Spread even in pans. Bake 45 minutes. Chill before serving.
