FROSTY FRUIT 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen, unsweetened strawberries
1 (8 oz.) can unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 oz.) low-fat or fat-free strawberry yogurt
2 lg. bananas, sliced
2 tbsp. powdered sugar

Mix in blender (strawberries frozen). Pour into cupcake papers in muffin pan. Freeze. Take out about 5 minutes before serving.
