DAVIS RHUBARB BRAN MUFFINS 
1 c. Ralston High Fiber dry cereal
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. orange peel
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. canola oil
1 egg
1 c. cooked rhubarb

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In large bowl combine dry ingredients. Add oil, egg, and rhubarb sauce. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake 15-20 minutes.
