STRAWBERRY, RHUBARB MUFFINS 
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. buttermilk
1 1/4 c. corn oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. finely chopped rhubarb
1/2 c. chopped strawberries
Cinnamon and sugar

Combine flours, baking soda. Beat eggs. Add brown sugar, buttermilk, oil and vanilla, blend. Stir in rhubarb. Add flour, mix, fold in strawberries. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
