STRAWBERRY CREAM ROLL 
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar

Beat eggs until very thick and lemon colored. Add 1 cup sugar gradually to beaten eggs. Add vanilla. Sift 1 cup flour and 3/4 teaspoon baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Fold in flour mixture to eggs gently.

Pour into a greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes at 375 degrees. Turn cake out on sugared foil. Roll up carefully and let steam for 15-20 minutes. Unroll and spread with Cool Whip and sweetened sliced strawberries. Roll up again and cover with foil. Chill 1 hour before serving.
