STRAWBERRY-RHUBARB JAM 
4 c. strawberries
2 c. chopped rhubarb
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 pkg. pectin
5 1/2 c. sugar

Crush strawberries in pot. Add rhubarb, lemon juice and pectin. Bring to a boil. Add sugar all at once. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and skim. Pack into jars leaving 1/4 inch space at the top. Process 10 minutes in a boiling water bath. Yields about 6 cups.

Oh my gosh! This is yummy! I made a puree of my fruit in the food processor because I wanted a smooth jam and I added fresh grated nutmeg to the mix. This is easy and taste like strawberry rhubarb pie. This a new favorite!
