FRIED CHEESE 
6 oz. Mozzarella cheese, cut into 1 inch cubes
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. plain flour
3/4 c. fine, dry bread crumbs
Vegetable oil

Dip cheese cubes into egg. Dredge in flour; dip again in egg. Roll in bread crumbs, pressing firmly so crumbs stick and put on waxed paper. Cubes must be chilled for at least 30 minutes. Deep fry cheese cubes in oil (375 degrees) until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve immediately with meatless spaghetti sauce, heated if desired. Yield: About 1 1/2 dozen.
