1 box cake mix (see note)
1 box instant pudding mix (see note)
2/3 c. cooking oil
1 1/2 c. fermented fruit, well drained
4 eggs
1/2 c. nuts
Icing (opt.)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all of the ingredients together. The mixture will be thick. Do not add water. Pour batter into a floured and greased bundt pan. Bake for about 1 hour or until toothpick in center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes and remove from pan.

ICING: Combine 1 stick butter, 8 ounces package cream cheese, 1 pound powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Mix well until icing is of spreading consistency.

NOTE: You can use any flavor of cake mix, and the pudding must be instant. The trick is to use cake mix and pudding that complement each other - pineapple cake mix and pineapple cream pudding, spice cake and vanilla pudding, banana cake and banana pudding or chocolate cake mix and chocolate pudding.
